Terms of Service

These terms govern use of RosterToCal at rostertocal.com. Support: support@rostertocal.com. You must be at least 18 and provide an email address you control.

What the service does

RosterToCal uses AI to extract one person’s shifts from a roster image or PDF. You review the result, save confirmed shifts and download an ICS calendar file. AI can misread dates, names and times. Check every result against your original roster before relying on it. This is not an employer’s official schedule or an automatic calendar synchronization service.

Account and uploads

Keep your account private. Only upload rosters you have permission to process, and minimize other people’s information. You retain your rights to uploaded material and grant only the processing permissions needed to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful content or use the service to infringe privacy or other rights.

Plans and readings

Free includes three readings once per person. Credit Pack costs USD 4.99 for 20 readings, valid for 12 months from purchase, with no automatic renewal. Unlimited costs USD 4.99 per month and automatically renews until cancelled. Applicable taxes and the final total appear at checkout.

One reading processes one person in one uploaded file of up to three pages. A failed reading or a result with no usable shifts does not consume a credit. Editing and downloading existing results are free. An active Unlimited plan is used before prepaid credits. When it ends, unexpired credit packs remain available.

Unlimited personal use

Unlimited has no fixed monthly reading allowance. It covers normal personal roster use, with one reading in progress at a time and short-term request limits for service stability. Account sharing, resale, automated requests and bulk processing for others are not included. We may restrict abusive activity and provide a way to contact support about an incorrect restriction.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel monthly renewal at any time using the subscription management option provided with your purchase, or contact support for help. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. See the refund policy for refunds. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund past charges.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free AI output. You are responsible for checking your schedule. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

Future price changes will be disclosed before they affect renewals. We may suspend accounts for material misuse. You can stop using the service and delete your account, after arranging cancellation of any active subscription. Mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.
